I like the quote above, and I believe it is true.
But it does matter what you read, doesn't it?
In recent times I am more and more mindful of what I read.
Why?
Because reading is a way to program your mind. So I prefer to put good programs in and expose and process those programs and beliefs that don't serve me anymore.
