Here is the homework for the
WalkWithMeNow tribe that I am also sending to all the newsletter subscribers.

Every now and then, I like us to remind ourselves that being awake is not something we do once, and then forget about.
This week, I would like to invite you to remain awake.
Of course, this does not mean, “don’t go to sleep at night”, which is a necessary act for physical bodies to do. What I do mean is that this winter is going to be one when every tool will be used by governments to make you sleepy.
What does sleepy look like?
It looks like this:
- You feel stress
- You feel anger
- You feel frustration
- You feel fear
- You are reactive
- You feel powerless
- AND when you feel or do the above, you do not respond, but instead you react, feeding the energies that are being requested by others.
What does staying awake look like?
- Being diligent and aware of what you are feeling and thinking.
- Not allowing others to control or dictate how you feel.
- Whenever one of the above appears, you simply breathe deeply and do the fear processing exercise on it.
- You spend time this week in activities that support your state of expanded awareness, relaxation, creativity, joy, light and love.
- You connect with wwmn members throughout the world. Connect, connect, connect.
So, yes. Let’s stay awake this winter.
