I figure you’ve got enough Black Friday emails, and not enough Gold Friday ones!
So here it is!
I have been sending you the information that will make this period on the planet easier for you. By now, you should be well trained to stay high-frequency and have the ability to embody the new paradigm every day.
Yet, are continuously being surrounded by many invitations to play low-frequency games and the stress this causes on our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies is huge.
We do not exist in isolation, no matter how much of a lone wolf you are. We are part of the human collective, which means that to some degree what others are going through on the planet does affect us.
A great tool to support your bodies deal with the stress and tension caused by the artificial fear being generated on the planet right now is to establish a meditation practice of 20 minutes to one hour per day.
